Quote requests

A quote request does not create a contract. A quote we send you states its own validity. An order is binding only once both sides confirm it in writing, under the terms stated in our offer or order confirmation.

Files you send us

By uploading a drawing, model or other file you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us. We use your files only to evaluate and quote your request, keep them confidential and delete them as described in the privacy policy. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before opening your files.

Content and intellectual property

The texts, photos, drawings and design of this website belong to Auromet Electroconstruct or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

We keep the information on this website accurate, but technical data and capacities are indicative. The figures in our written offer are the ones that apply.

Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this website or from temporary unavailability, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

Consumer information and applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Arad County. Consumers can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro).
